Manuals can be purchased @ janome. com. your machine should have a bobbin winder. Set empty bobbin on the bobbin winder pin. Thread spool of thread though guide(or tension wheel on the top of the machine;NOT the stitching tension.) wrap thread around bobbin to start, and push bobbin toward the flywheel. slowly press foot pedal and bobbin should begin to turn. apply more pressure to foot pedal to increase speed. When full, bobbin winder should kick back to stop.

You did not clarify whether you are winding a bobbin or inserting bobbin to sew. To insert bobbin, insert so that thread unwinds counter clockwise in the case. Pass thread though slot in side of case and under tension plate. Insert case into place until it clicks. Make sure it is in completely. Using flywheel by hand, lower needle to catch bobbin thread and raise it through needle plate. place fabric under needle and lower foot .

The stitches are not interlocking, the top line looks OK but the bottom line is a straight thread, I would be grateful for your help. Thank you, I've lost the manual Brother PS33 quick system

Tension issues, sounds like the bobbin thread is not under tension at all. Take it out, and rethread the bobbin into the tension device. Sorry, don't know if your machine has a bobbin case (front loading) or is a top loading bobbin directly into a bobbin holder.

You might be able to get a threading diagram from www.sewusa.com or try www.sewing.about.com for general diagrams and tips.

Check what number your top tension dial is set to also.

Good idea to obtain another manual as you'll need to refer to it for maintenance of your machine as well as general use.

I have lost the manual and i dont remember how to thread a bobbin. Pleas help me and thank you!

Loading the bobbin into the bobbin case:
Snap in the bobbin case latch, and put the bobbin into the bobbin case so that the bobbin runs clockwise.
Passing the thread through the **** of the bobbin case, continue passing it under the thread tension spring, and pull out the thread open end about 10 cm from the bobbin case.
Insert the bobbin case fully into the hook, and close the bobbin case latch.
You can obtain a copy of the manual in pdf format for free at:

How to thread the bobbin on a singer simple sewing machine

Drop-in bobbin: Note: thread must change direction when entering bobbin shuttle notch. Usually bobbin will turn counter-clockwise when threaded properly.

1. hold bobbin so that the tail of thread is facing to left.
2. drop bobbin into bobbin shuttle.
3. pull thread toward you.
4. guide thread into notch and pull to left so that slot engages thread.
5. pull thread diagonally across shuttle toward back of machine.
6. draw bobbin thread up through needle plate with threaded needle.

Cannot thread bobbin

If I remember correctly this machine has a little arm in the bobbin case area. You will need to open the slide plate, move that arm towards the middle of the bobbin. Thread your machine as normal, take the thread going through the needle eye and wrap it around the thumb screw a couple times, then start "sewing" your bobbin should begin filling, once started, you can release the thread wrapped around the thumbscrew. Once filled, you simply close the slide plate and that moves the arm back into place and start sewing.
