Paper feed The fax machine saves the fax to memory, the paper will load the fax then starts printing but the paper is not feeding into the fax

When I try to print from Microsoft Word or another program, I receive a message stating: Manual Feed, No Paper, or Load Paper XX. What can I do?

make a local copy so your paper feed systems is put back in working condition.

first thing is you have to insert new A4 sheet in to the rec/paper tray.then press the STOP key.after machine try to feed the paper in to the printer unit and you can get print.( if the machine cant feet the paper,the machine have some paper feeding problem and you have to get technical support to solve this problem)

? Printing All Unprinted Documents in Memory
1 Press [Menu].
2 Use [{] or [}] to select , then press [Start/Copy].
3 Use [{] or [}] to select .
4 Press [Start/Copy].
The fax prints the documents one at a time, after each the reception number is displayed on
the LCD.
5 After printing, the LCD displays .
6 Press [*] to delete the previous printed documents.
If you want to keep the documents in memory, press [#].

Please feed paper in fax machine and get prints of all messages. this will free machine memory. 2nd option is to reset the fax machine, if this option is available in your fax.

does it try to grab the paper?
do you hear anything happening before the beep?

The machine recognises that there is paper, then you should hear the communication, once it has the correct signal telling it the line is available for transmission it will feed the paper.

look at the tires and see if they turn to feed the paper, is there something in the way, do the tires turn,???

if yes clean with alcohol and try again, if the tires are too smooth then they need to be changed.

Please check rear door area for paper, can you use manual feed slot? Power off machine with all jams removed and paper loaded, then power on, can you tell us exact error message/lights that are shown in this state?

Are we talking about a paper feed problem from the paper cassette tray or the Auto Document feeder on the top. Either way, check the the paper width guides, or if it is the paper cassette tray, remove it and check the paper pick up roller locking clips.

Check cassette means the paper feed tray. Pull out the paper tray, put in fresh paper. Close the paper tray and see if it starts to print. If not, let me know Ed
