I cannot access fb at all and my daughter tried hers from the same computer and it will not access either keeps showing loading if we go to the change pw screen it does not show us a text box

try to access another fb account using same computer .

If this is on a computer as opposed to a tablet, go to www.malwarebytes.org and download and run the free version.

go to your daughter and get her to show you,if you dont get her to show you,then complain to fb,children are not allowed on fb.

See if this helps. I couldn't get Firefox or Chrome to bring up my FB images, same as pic above.

So I opened up IE and logged onto FB and it worked perfect. ( IE is NOT my regular browser).All photos, headers the works all showing up. I then opened Chrome up and cleared my cache for the past week, incase some sort of bug was there. I reset my Firefox brower, by getting rid of add ons. To do this go to Firefox help, troubleshooting, click reset Firefox button on top right hand side. Then tried FB in Chrome and Firefox and they are both loading FB perfect too, now.



Don't know if it was an FB bug, or if loading FB in IE first solved the problem. Try running the IE browser and signing into FB, maybe that will fix the problem. Then log off and try logging into FB again with your other browser. If you still see a problem, then the other steps I did re Chrome and Firefox may help you. Good luck!

You are using your daughter 'saved' user name and password: enter your own username and password on the signon/logon screen and if you are automatically logon, use the application 'LOGOFF' or 'SIGNOFF' function first before entering your own details.

Your new computer shouldn't be causing a problem logging onto Facebook (FB). Can you specify what the problem is when you try accessing your FB account? If you've forgotten your FB password - which should be different to your email address password, then go via the link at the bottom of the window "Forgotten Your Password?" (in blue).

Just to let you know, downloading / originally registering on one computer does NOT stop you accessing FB from any other computer (the same as you can get your home emails on any computer in the world, that's connected to the internet).

Normally page load error represents, there is busy at serve side or otherwise low web access, but you have fine access, so there is a problem in server side, but you are accessing in iphone, so there is a problem in laptop, that is as like Iphone, there is lack of in-built functions in laptop to retrieve FB. dont worry about it right now!

if you want you can access FB which is integrated with IM such as digsby / Gabtastik / adium! have fine!

sign out/logout first on teh facebook page, then sign in as different user.
