Adding to paul7of9's solution from what it sounds like you may of accidently uninstalled the drivers from add/remove programs. What you can do is reinstall them by going here: http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/modelContent.jsp?ct=DL&os=&category=&moid=835418&rpn=PSA70U&modelFilter=A75-S229&selCategory=3&selFamily=1073768663

Won'connecct to online sites

You don't mention if you have a 3G tablet, or do you rely on a wi-Fi hotspot on your computer or phone to connect your tablet?
On your tablet, go to settings,on left column, make sure WI-Fi is on, if not, touch it to enable. Your connection should show up on the right side of screen. press and hold the name of your wi-fi network, it will ask you "forget network" or "modify network" Choose modify network and make sure you type your wi-fi password in( do it again if it is already showing up.) I find it easier to use the feature for displaying what you are typing in. Hope this helps. You can also piggy back on a wi-fi hotspot on your smartphone.

My bios is not laoding but we have no password

You'll need to take to the nearest authorized Toshiba repair facility;
three copies of your proof of purchase receipt, drivers license, passport, living will, credit card, and three red Gummy Bears.
Then the rep will obtain a Master password, and remove it.

OH, I'M JUST KIDDING!!

BIOS passwords are usually set by someone who doesn't want the computer accessed. Mostly by teenagers who think their info is Top Secret, lol!

"1) Open modem and Wi-Fi Cover"

From me; Wireless Module under Wi-Fi Cover looks similar to this,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toshiba-Satellite-L15-L20-L25-M40-Wireless-G-WIFI-Card-/110524124060?pt=US_Internal_Network_Cards&hash=item19bbc04b9c

2) "Remove Mini PCI Wi-Fi Card."

From me;
Basic example shown above in link. Note the two terminals, where the Wireless Antenna wires connect to. They MUST go back to the SAME terminals. Suggest make a mark on one terminal, and one wireless antenna lead connector. (Round 'eye' terminal)

3) "Lift up the black plastic."

From me: The black Mylar small sheet of plastic. Only lift so far, and the attaching glue will keep it in place, when you let go of it.
This way the Mylar plastic small sheet can be reused.

4) "Locate and short C738 Pin 1 and 2 together."

From me;
C738 is a Capacitor. VERY small in size. Should have C738 marked near it. It is under the black Mylar plastic sheet.

There are two contact pins, or may be small rectangular, or square pads. There are Two.
1 and 2.
Take a metallic tool that just goes across from pin 1 to pin 2, and touch it to them.
(Flat tipped Jewelers screwdriver? That's what I use)

5) "Power on machine while still shorting Pin 1 and pin 2"

From me; Keep the tool touching the two contact pads, or pins, and turn the laptop on.

6) "As soon as the Toshiba logo appears, remove short"

From me;
As soon as you see the Toshiba logo come up on the LCD screen, remove the tool from the contact pads, or pins.

7) "If machine boots, password has been removed."

How do you set a Toshiba BDX2150 to wi-fi?

It seems the standard usb wieless adapters don't work, a few people not happy with that machine. Although some have had sucess with using the lan network cable connected straight to their router instead of using wi-fi.

Ipod wi fi conection

Wi-Fi Functionality
  1. Connects over the last Wi-Fi network you used that's available.
  2. If no Wi-Fi networks you've used are available, iPod touch will scan for Wi-Fi networks and show a list of Wi-Fi networks in range. Tap a network and, if necessary, enter the password to join. Networks that require a password show a lock icon (307189_1.jpg) next to them.
  3. Option to manually enter your Wi-Fi network name/SSID (if the Wi-Fi network is configured not to broadcast or be displayed to the public). If necessary, enter the password to join.
When iPod touch is connected to a Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi icon (307189_2.jpg) in the status bar at the top of the screen shows connection strength. The more bars you see, the stronger the connection.
Wi-Fi Settings
  1. Turn Wi-Fi on or off.
    Choose Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi on or off.
  2. Set iPod touch to ask if you want to join a new Wi-Fi network.
    When you are trying to access the Internet, by using Safari or YouTube for example, and you are not in range of a Wi-Fi network you have previously used, this option tells iPod touch to look for another network. iPod touch will display a list of all available Wi-Fi networks that you can choose from. Networks that require a password appear with a lock icon (307189_1.jpg).

    If "Ask to Join Networks" is turned off, you must manually join a network to connect to the Internet when a previously used network is unavailable.

    Choose Wi-Fi and turn "Ask to Join Networks" on or off. If you turn "Ask to Join Networks" off, you must join new networks manually.
  3. Join a Wi-Fi network manually.
    Choose Wi-Fi, wait a moment as iPod touch detects networks in range, then choose a network. If necessary, enter a password and tap Join. Networks that require a password appear with a lock icon.
  4. Make iPod touch forget a network, so that the device doesn't join it automatically. Choose Wi-Fi and tap the arrow (307189_3.jpg) next to a network you've joined before. Then tap "Forget this Network."
  5. Connect to a closed Wi-Fi network (an available Wi-Fi network that isn't shown in the list of scanned networks).
    Choose Wi-Fi, then tap Other and enter the network name. If the network requires a password, choose Security, tap the type of security the network uses, and enter the password. You must already know the network name, password, and security type to connect to a closed network. Some Wi-Fi networks may require you to enter or adjust additional settings, such as a client ID or static IP address. Ask the network administrator which settings to use.
  6. Adjust settings to connect to a Wi-Fi network
    Choose Wi-Fi, then tap the arrow (307189_3.jpg) next to a network.
