Are the leds lit on both eyes??

If not check wiring and polarity.

(If mounted to the track) Do they move out of alignment when the door closes. - spread the track a little wider,

Hope this helps

Your safety eyes need to be properly aligned. Make sure they are clean and pointing directly at each other

Door goes part way down; goes up before getting a 1/4 way down

If the main light flashes 10 times when the door reverses it is a sensor problem. If the door starts down and then reverses but the main light does not flash it is most likely the RPM sensor which is a small printed circuit board just in front of the motor.

We have 2 sensors. 1 has a green light and the other has no light

Your safety eyes are out of ajustment. Make sure that the eyes are pointing directly at each other. A light will come on on each eye when they are properly aligned. The only other thing that could be wrong is that one of the safety eyes could be bad, and the only thing you can do is replace the eyes. 99% of the time the problem is an alignment issue. By holding down the wall button, you are overriding the safety eyes.

The door starts to go down but comes up like there is something in the way but there is nothing in the way

Check your safety eyes. There should be a light on on each eye. If not, align the eyes so that they are pointing directly at each other. If you adjust force settings like mentioned above, do not go above 6 or you can easily damage the door if there is a problem.

Garage door will not close

HOLDING DOWN THE WALL BUTTON OVERRIDES THE SAFETY EYES.
WHEN HOLDING IT DOWN MAKES THE DOOR CLOSE PROPERLY THE PROBLEM IS IN THE SAFETY EYES.

ARE BOTH LEDS ON? - CHECK FOR A LOOSE OR BROKEN WIRE.
ARE THE EYES WIRED CORRECTLY?
ARE THEY AIMED AT EACH OTHER?

It has the "Protector System" (safety sensors). chec the sensor indicator light on the receivinng eye the green light had a slight flicker.cleaned both the sending eye and receiving eye lens of dust and cob webs, then realigned the receiving sensor for a steady green indicator light. then check the door function it now works fine.over time, temperature, and viberation the sensors become dirty and get out of alignment, as no one had tampered with the sensor alignment prior to this. Hope this works for you.

Garage Door Opener

IF YOUR SAFETY EYES ARE MOUNTED TO THE TRACK THEY MAY BE MOVING OUT OF ALIGNMENT AS THE DOOR NEARS THE CLOSED POSITION.
WILL THE DOOR CLOSE NORMALLY IF YOU HOLD DOWN THE WALL BUTTON?
IF THE DOOR CLOSES NORMALLY YOU ARE OVERRIDING THE SAFETY EYES AND WILL FIND THE PROBLEM THERE.
IF IT STILL STOPS THE DOOR MAY BE TOO TIGHT AT THE FLOOR - HOW DOES IT WORK MANUALLY?

IF THE DOOR SEEMS OK MANUALLY THEN CHECK THE SENSITIVITY IT IS ONLY 3/4 TURN FROM MIN. TO MAX. SMALL ADJUSTMENTS 1/8 TURN AT A TIME CLOCKWISE - DO NOT SET THIS ANY FURTHER THAN YOU NEED - IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE.

HOPE THIS HELPS
