SOURCE: Head Bolts torque
On the trimmers when torqing head bolts down,I dont bother looking for torque specs (theres some people that will shoot me for saying this). I just snug them up and then give each one a one quarter turn tighten up. Its always worked for me.

usually has to do with the fuel system. (dirty carburetor). take the bowl off and see if there is water or dirt in there if so take off and apart and clean real good.
