You will find your Graphics card driver here: http://www.nodevice.com/driver/Radeon_7000/get34927.html
Am not sure that you can achieve your desired resolution of 1440x900 though?

Looking for drivers to use this monitor with Fedora 20 Linux OS

You don't need drivers. You need to adjust the resolution and refresh rate. If you plug in an old CRT monitor then Linux will probably boot and you can edit the conf file to change the settings. Most LCD monitors require 50-60Hz refresh rate.

ASUS P4SP-MX detect the new LCD monitor VH197D as an CRT. picture is stretched; circle's becoming a ellipse. Can you help me!?

Wide screen monitor distortionDepending upon the screen resolution that has been set inDisplay, the image will be distorted on these large wide screen monitors.
Create a large circle image using a draw program such as Paint (hold down theShift key as you create the circle as it will draw a perfect circle).
Open Control Panel - Display - Settings tab and adjust the Screen resolutionslider, increase or decrease the screen resolution then bring the circle imageto the front and check the image, if the circle is still distorted then changethe screen resolution and check the circle again until you are satisfied withthe image of the circle. When you are satisfied then click apply.

My resolution is still low

If you cannot increase the screen resolution above 640 X 480 or 800 X 600 and the installed adapter is a generic VGA then the correct video driver was not installed.

You can download the video and device drivers from ASUS WEB site.Select your model motherboard/computer/laptop, and make sure you select driversthat matches your Windows operating system. Please click on this link to theirWEB support site : - http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
After installing the video driver go to Control Panel - Display - Settings then Screen resolution and move the slider to increase the screen resolution.

Unable to attain 1024x768 screen resolution on my generic pnp monitor (asus eee pc 900hd)

Verify that you have the correct and most recent video drivers installed on your system. The video card is what delivers the appropriate resolution to a monitor.
This will depend upon if you have the default installed Linux OS designed for the Netbook or if you installed Windows XP on it.

Having problem while installing fedora

Sounds like Fedora has attempted to start up in GUI mode. However, your monitor/video doesn't support the resolution it's trying to use. Try this: Start up fedora in single user mode. See this link for instructions on how to do it. http://www.fedorafaq.org/basics/ It is option 4 on that site. Once you're in single user mode, you can edit the /etc/inittab file to go to runlevel 3, and reboot. this will start up the computer without a gui, and from there you can easily configure the video card and video settings for X windows.
Let me know if I can clarify anything.

Installation of Fedora core 6 on Amd+ASUS

Your computer is booting up in a video mode or refresh rate that your monitor cannot support. Not sure how you would go about changing it without reinstalling Fedora or doing it from the command line.

If you're using an LCD, try an old CRT monitor, may be able to use the mode you selected. LCDs can usually only support 60Hz modes.
