Question about Canon PowerShot G9 Digital Camera
This particular Canon Model has a very common problem with some screws coming loose inside of the camera. You'll just need to have it fixed and it will work great again. It's most often an R Fuse on the DCDC Board but sometimes it's something else after that common short. The best place for help with this would be: www.camerasandparts.com They're the ones for service for the Powershots, that's all they work on. Your G9 No Power Problem is right there on their site and all it costs is $89 to have fixed and the camera serviced too. That even covers your shipping back if your in the US. The neat thing with their service is that they do the correction to the G9 so this problem doesn't ever happen again with those two inner screws. Good luck, your problem is posted on that site, their the place for help with these. All the best with getting this no power problem looked after.
