What exatly the error you are getting when you try to open up a web page.
provide below info as well.
1) go to start - RUn and then type cmd.exe press enter.
in command prompt type tracert google.com
Copy the output and paste here.
2) type ipconfig /all on the command pronmpt and paste the output
3) type ping google.com , Psate the output.(in command prompt)
4) type ping 126.96.36.199 paste the output. (In commdn prompt.)
