Question about Pioneer VSX-305 Receiver
I'VE HAD THIS RECEIVER FOR YEARS & IT'S WORKED PERFECTLY, UP UNTIL A FEW DAYS AGO. I WAS LISTENING TO MUSIC WHEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN I HEARD A STRANGE SOUND (KINDA LIKE IT WAS BURNING UP) COMING FROM IT. AT ONCE THERE WAS NO SOUND. ALL THE LIGHTS COME ON.. BUT NO SOUND. I LOOKED FOR BLOWN FUSES, BUT I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY. CAN ANYONE HELP ME??
Is this a Pioneer receiver or a JVC? Either way, if you have "had it for years", replace it. You will be surprised at the price now a days. Gas is up, but electronic equipment is usually a good buy.
