Question about Televison & Video
To answer your question;
The first thing to do is to reset the tv/vcr.
To do that , turn the power on and hold the "play" and "FF" buttons down simultaneously for more than 5 sec, the set will shut off.
When you turn it back on it will be in first time setup.
Then you can use the channel up and down buttons to select the items and vol+ to change the values.
Once the first time setup is done the display will stop flashing.
