Which key pad setting do you use? You can check it using the language bar in the task bar. When you type maximize the language bar (restore) and type. Select the language from the drop down menu. Each language has its own key settings. Check it using the right click. Change the language settings and examine. Use the appropriate one. If your machine have a function key which shifts keys you may have to click and change the setting also. And that would work...

My pad will not type what I press on the keypad correctly

Did you try turning it off and back on, or in the notification area do you see a tiny little keyboard? If so tap on it and choose Asus English Keyboard. Also make sure that the "Use physical keyboard" is marked ON.

How od i change letter size on Samsung GT-C6712 Duos Star II?

Please download a different keyboard application from either Samsung Apps or Google play store. You can for example download a keypad with Large letters if your handset default keypad letters are to small. Enjoy :)

Hi I have a 1500 and I am having trouble figuring out how to change back and forth the keys with letters and numbers. Thanks....Lee

These keys with numbers and letter have been placed to avoid having a separate number keypad as you have on a PC keyboard. There is also an led that glows when you press the Num LK (for Number Lock) key. When the led is glowing, you will get numbers and letter if it is not glowing. This arrangement has been made to save space on the laptop. You get a separate number keypad as an add on for those who need to use both hands typing numbers and letters simultaneously.

My blitz doesnt text

Try this. Touch Keypad simulates a wireless phone keypad on the touch screen to allow you to enter text, numbers, and symbols just as if you were using a wireless phone keypad. Touch Keyboard simulates a 20-key QWERTY (typewriter) keyboard on the touch screen to allow you to enter text, numbers, and symbols similar to the way you would using a QWERTY keyboard. To use Touch Keypad or Touch Keyboard:  In a program, tap the Input Selector arrow, and then tap Touch Keypad or Touch Keyboard. To type lowercase letters, tap the keys on the dial pad or keyboard. To type a single uppercase letter, tap the Shift key and then tap the corresponding key. To type all uppercase letters, tap the Shift key twice. To change back to all lowercase letters, tap again. To enter a space after the word, tap the Space key. To start a new line, tap the Enter key. To backspace and delete a single character in any input mode, press the Back key. To open the Symbol pad, tap the Symbol key. To change the input mode:  Tap the Input mode key to switch to a different input mode: XT9 (predictive), Multitap (abc), or Numeric (123).

Hope this helps, let me know if this works or if I can help you with anything else.

Need to change name and number

Press the MENU button and press 7, then 2 on the numbers keypad. You can then use the keypad to change the fax header. Press the keypad numbers corresponding to the letters you need. It will cycle through lower case first, then upper case. Press the RIGHT arrow button to advance one space between letters.

The 604 WIFI keypad starts off in small letters but by taping the key above the alt key it changes to captials but you have to tap it for each captial letter you want as it reverts to small letters once you tap a letter.
