Contact XBOX Live support. They will consider it "Serious" business I'm sure.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I dont remember the password i used for recovering my gamertag on my xbox360 how do i get it or reset it ?

The only way to reset your Gamertag password is by contacting Xbox Live Support at 1-800-469-9269. They will ask for some information to help them verify you're the real owner of the Gamertag profile.

Good luck.

ok... first, turn on your Xbox360. Then, click the "X" in the middle of your controller. Then click sign up for Xbox Live. But dont type in anything. Find: "Recover Gamertag". Then your all set. Just type in your information, and Boom! You're in. rate me plz. lol

A guy put Microsoft points on my Xbox 360 and now it says that my membership is invalid and wont let me on Xbox Live.

You've been scammed. If you gave this "guy" your username/password, then you have little recourse to get your gamertag and other stuff back as he probably changed your password and pretty much stole your account.

Xbox360 gamertag deleted

Might be an idea to phone Microsoft, they should be able to reset your password and allow you access to your gamertag - all you need to do is answer some security questions.
