2003 dodge dakota air conditioning fan has stopped working.

The diagram is for v6. The top wire at blower motor is voltage, the bottom wire is ground. Use a test light and check both voltage and ground. Key on--hvac on. If you have good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor. The blower motor is usually under the passenger side dash.

I need to check a fan control switch

Did you check for voltage and ground at the blower motor connector? You may be way ahead of me? Different speeds are controlled on blower motor ground circuit. In the diagram, the top wire at blower motor is voltage and the bottom wire is ground. The diagram may not be what you wanted? Brown is voltage, orange is ground at blower motor. Maybe you can hit control and plus on your key pad to enlarge diagram.

My air conditioner front blower quit. What could be the problem? The rear blower is working.

Hello, This sounds like a blower Resistor control module that is bad. If you see your front blower fan under the hood, follow the power lines back to a connector in the Firewall. You can try tapping this part with the handle of a screwdriver and it may work again.

If the part does not work, you will need to replace it. The units under the hood are easy to replace. If the fan wires do not go to an underhood connector, then the Resistor would be under the dash and close to the fan.

The part can be obtained from a Salvage yard. A site called car-parts.com will give a range of prices and contact info. You can buy the part new at Autozone, Advance, and Oreillys and they should have diagrams and more info for you.

The heaters on my 2005 hyundai santa fe have stopped working? no air hot or cold is being blown out of the ducts! the car is not overheating, the light for the source (recirculate/drag air from outside) is...

Sounds like the blower is not working for starters. We need to troubleshoot blower issues and once we get that straightened out, see what you have. Start with the fuse box and make sure the blower fuse is good. If you have to look further, check fuses and relays under the hood. If this is all good and the blower is still not working, it is a wiring or switch or blower motor issue. Hope this helps!

Blower motor will not work , changed out switch module, but nothing. Whats next?

In my experiences 9 out of 10 times you will have a damaged wire or bad connection either going to the module or from the module to the blower. with the key and air/heat switch on first wiggle the wires to see if you get anything then you'll know what your problem is. If that doesn't bear any results get a test light and check for power at head unit, both sides of module wiring and at blower itself (you can refer to your vehicle's service manual for wiring diagrams if needed). If you still don't have any luck disconnect wiring from blower motor and run a jumper to make sure blower actually still works. If nothing ultimately works you either need a new wiring harness and/or a new blower motor or a new control unit. Let me know if you how this works out for you I'll try to help further if necessary.
