Try using another browser like mozilla firefox or google chrome or you could try looking on your firewall settings if its blocking all those website or double check to your Internet Service Provider if you have a working internet connection. Also if you're in the US/CANADA you could try calling this number for further assistance or technical support 1-800-426-7378 or if you're in australia 1-300-880-917.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Cookies wont allow downloading a photo

in your browser window, find the Tools tab on the Menu option. Click on Tools, find Internet Properties at bottom and click on it. On the General Tab find the 'Delete Cookies' button and click it. This will delete your browser cookies if using Internet Explorer. Refresh browser(close and open again). If the photo will still not download it might be 'protected' by the original photographer or site you are downloading from. You cannot download items that are 'privately protected' by owner or web site.

I am getting certificate of errors when i go to some sight what should i do

WAIT!! This site could be a threat your computer or the site could have malicious adware attached to it. Please be careful on what sites you visit and the content in the website itself.

If you have visited this site before without problems. You can try this option:

Go to "Tools" on your computer. Then select "Internet Options".
Click on the "Privacy" tab and adjust the cookies allowable to your computer. You can also adjust the settings in the internet options that will allow you to view ANY site without restrictions. This will also allow your computer to be totally open to viruses, intrusions and severe complications to your system.

Hope this helps!!

The argos website wont open up on my laptop

If you are using internet explorer, try changing the security as follows:-
Open Internet explorer, click tools on the toolbar, click privacy, click sites, where it says address of website put the FULL web address (URL) of the site you wish to allow, and click the allow button. click all of the ok buttons 'til you're just left with the int. ex. window and try again. There are many ways of allowing 'picky' sites, but this is the most targeted, and gives you full control over which sites you allow to give you cookies. If you still have problems, use Mozilla Firefox instead of Int Ex. I do and it's great. the URL to download it is

Hope this helps, kind regards

My computer is not accepting cookies.

Assuming you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you have to do this:
  1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. Click the Privacy tab, and then click Advanced.
  3. Click Override automatic cookie handling, and then specify how you want Internet Explorer to handle cookies from first-party Web sites and third-party Web sites (a Web site other than the one you are currently viewing).
    • To specify that you want Internet Explorer to always allow cookies to be saved on your computer, click Accept.
    • To specify that you want Internet Explorer to never allow cookies to be saved on your computer, click Block.
    • To specify that you want Internet Explorer to ask whether or not you want to allow a cookie to be saved on your computer, click Prompt.
  4. If you want Internet Explorer to always allow session cookies (cookies that will be deleted from your computer when you close Internet Explorer) to be saved on your computer, click Always allow session cookies.
  • Some Web sites require cookies; therefore, if you select a setting that does not allow cookies to be saved on your computer, you might not be able to view certain Web sites.
  • When you change your privacy settings, the changes might not affect cookies that are already on your computer. If you want to ensure that all of the cookies on your computer meet your privacy settings, you should delete all of the existing cookies on your computer. When you return to Web sites that previously had saved cookies on your computer, the Web sites that meet your privacy settings will save cookies on your computer again. The Web sites that do not meet your privacy settings will not be allowed to save cookies on your computer, and might not function properly.
