Remove the food and the ice maker from the freezer ( if equiped ) . Remove the rear freezer panel . Using a hair dryer , start in the middle , below the coils , defrosting , until you see the drain hole . Use hot water to help defrost the hole . Once water starts going thru the hole , use a small hose inserted into the hole , and blow thru , to remove any unseen debris in the drain line . Use an ALUMINUM or COPPER solid wire , 14-16 guage , with the insulation completely off , and insert one end into the drain hole as far as possible without any force . Wrap the other end about 1 1/2 to 2 turns , around the black rod (defrost heater) , above the hole . When refrig goes into defrost , the heat will transfer from the heater , to the wire , keeping the hole from freezing up again .

My whirlpool refrigerator Model ET18PKX6W00 leaks water under vegetable bins

Check behind the bins for a condensation tray/hose. Most refrigerators have these as they develop condensation due to the temperature differences when opening and closing the door. The tray catches the condensation, and drains it to a tray under the fridge. Here it evaporates when the compressor runs. Sometimes things block the tray or the hose gets clogged with gunk. clean out the tray/hose and hopefully your problem will end.

Water is dripping from the freezer down to the fridge. My vegetable and fruit bens are constantly full of water.

Hello lay.... that water is supposed to make it's way through a small hole in the floor of the fridge and down to the evaporator pan just above the floor. Begin by getting a flashlight and then remove the lower grill below the door of the fridge. Look under there with the flashlight to see if the evaporator pan is dirty. If so clean it. Then remove the bins at the bottom of the fridge and find that drain hole. Clean the hole with a cotton swab. Joe

Leaking inside of fridge - puddling below vegetable bins - is that the defrost cycle drain clogged up

In the rear of the fridge is a access panel. Remove it and check that the tray on top of compressor has water in it. If no, which I'm guessing it doesn't, then the drain tube is plugged. I like to cut the bottoms off for better drainage or at least make the hole on bottom a little bigger

Water builup in bottom of fridge

If the problem is in the fridge 1: it could be moisture being drawn from unwrapped vegetables. 2: if you have a "wet wall" fridge check no food wrapping is touching the wet wall.

Make sure this fan is running. You may have to hold the door switch in for it to run. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp.
The problem could be the electronic control if you have one or the mechanical linkages.

Water accumulating in vegetable bin on model

This is caused by a clogged drain tube or the door is not closing correctly. Be sure the seal around the fridge door is closing correctly. If not, the drain tube needs to be replaced or cleaned.

Water in bottom of "fridge" and in vegetable bins

Hi: I'll assume this is should be a frost free freezer. If so the defrost drain is clogged and the water isn't getting to the evaporator pan. Without knowing the specifics although it sounds like a top freezer. Look for a drain below the evaporator coils. The will be in the back of the freezer behind a panel. Some models have a drain hose behind the ref. Use a strong solution of clorox and water to clean it out. The parts list or diagram of the fridge will help you find the drain. If you don't have it enter your model no. at sears.com parts direct. I hope this helps, Jeff

Water dripping inside fridge

here is the link to the manual if you need it; http://www.whirlpool.com/assets/pdfs/product/ZUSECARE/2314472.pdf especially this time of year there can be a massive increase in humidity which often is the cause - the only real cure is to dehumidify the room and try and limit how often you open the fridge. even if the water seems like too much for this to be the cause, you would be surprised how much condensation humid air can produce - I assume everything else seems to be working as normal? ask again if you don't find what you need. check this link too; http://whirlpool.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/whirlpool.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php?p_page=1&p_cv=1.113&p_pv=1.137&p_prods=137&p_cats=113&p_search_text=&p_new_search=1 Hope this helps :)
