Question about Cell Phones
Thanks for using FixYa.
Sad to say but if you have tried to unlock the phone too many times using unlock codes, your phone will lose the ability to be unlocked using codes. You need to unlock it using hard ware unlock (using a special data cable to unlock). You have three options:
1. Take the phone to the carrier and have them unlock it for you. They will charge you for it though.
2. Take the phone to a cellphone technician and have them unlock it for you. They have all the hardware and data cable that is needed to be able to hard unlock your phone.
3. Buy yourself a hardware unlock kit. (this would cost you more for a one time use so I don't recommend this if you do not have technical know how on cellphones)
I hope this helps. Thanks and good day.
