Question about Nokia E72 Smartphone
I am as well using a E71 phone and its the same function as yours with little or no difference, just the E72 make its different. Since I have been using the phone, I have never come across any setting, in which you turn off the keyboard light.
What I am trying to say is that, your keyboard light to have stopped working means there is fault somewhere. Its either the flex for the keyboard has removed from the phone panel or the keyboard light is burnt.
You will have to use a phone screw driver to know where the flex has removed or not. Also if the phone is under warranty, the warranty will be void the moment you open the phone.
So I would advice that you return the phone back to the shop where you board it, because its too soon for the phone to start developing fault. From Monday till now, is too soon.
So the choice is yours. There is no settings on the phone that will turn the light back on. Its an hardware problem.
I hope you understand my explanations.
