Question about Logitech QuickCam Express Web Camera

Webcam freezes the webcam starts out great then it freezes for minutes at a time, sometimes i have to shut it down because it freezes completely.

There are a number of things that can cause the computer or the camera to freeze up.
First I’d check to see how much memory is installed in the computer. It takes additional memory to operate the camera.

Logitech Quickcam Fusion!


Instead of plugging the webcam in after the computer is running, I plugged in while it was shut down. The first time the computer booted with the webcam attached it took approximatly 2 minutes longer to boot, but every boot after has been as fast as ever. Webcam works great now!

Computer Shut down


The only thing that I have had to fix it, its not really a solution, but its a nice temporary fixer. Is that you unplug it after you used it. Then it won't freeze up on you.
