If you are having trouble with IE7 here is what you could do. First scan your system for viruses or spyware. Most likely your internet explorer is having some issues with that. Try to download Malwarebytes and run that software to scan.
If that does not work then the best thing to do is to update your windows. If that still does not work then download IE8. IE8 is now stable. You can download that for free through microsoft. Here is the link: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/worldwide-sites.aspx
In case the problem still persists, you could also try alternative web browsers like mozilla firefox or google chrome.
