Question about Sony BDVE570 Theater System

Open Question

Has anyone gotten the "Incomplete Update" with Sony BDVE570?

Set up my wireless internet. Got to the netflix site clicked on it. Got a prompt that software updates were available. I went to network updates and began and began to update. However, after a few moments we got message update incomplete. Did the reset thing with Sony chat (e.g. unplug wait a few moments and plug back in), but still came up with the "Incomplete Update" message.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do i get the internet connection on the wii to get netflix

Sorry to hear your having problems with your wii. You can connect the wii via wifi or wired with an adapter. Check out Nintendo's tutorial for instructions on how to do this:
http://us.wii.com/connect/

You basically goto:
Wii Options at the bottom left corner of your home screen, then Wii Settings, Click the right arrow to goto the next page, Click Internet, Click Connection Settings, Click Connection 1, Click Wireless Connection. Click Search for an Access Point. Click OK to view the found access points. Select the Access point for your wireless internet, enter your encryption key, click Ok and then OK again to save settings, and then OK again to test the connection.

Once you have set up your wifi connection you can download the netflix channel from the wii shop channel for free. Then you can follow the on screen instruction when you launch the netflix channel to watch netflix on your wii.

Greetings,

The updates for the Ps3 are located solely in the Ps3 and not on the computer. When the Ps3 prompts you to update, it should also give you an option to press to update it. If the Ps3 does not, then you'll have to manually update it yourself. To do this, go into the settings of the Ps3 and press System Update. Then press Update Via Internet. Proceed to follow the onscreen instructions.
If you require further assistance, please feel free to reply to this post. Please give me a rating if I helped.

Do not know the activation code for the NS-WBRDVD Insignia Blue Ray from Best Buy. Cannot streamline Netflix without it??

To stream Netflix content you will need to have a computer connected to the internet and a netflix account (even the lowest level should allow you access).

Set your NS-WBRDVD to connect to your wireless network.

Start up Netflix and select you are a new user. You will be given an activation code.

On your computer, log-in to the Netflix website: www.netflix.com On the top right of the screen you should see "Your Account & Help" Click that.

On the "Your Account & Help" screen, in the Account Information section on the bottom right of that grayed box should be "Add Blu-Ray". Click that and you should be prompted to enter the code your NS-WBRDVD gave you.

Once you enter the code and Netflix accepts it, your player should confirm and allow you to watch Netflix streaming content.

Hope this helps!
