hi robert. Open Windows Start menu, select All Programs. Enter Comodo file folder. Run the supplied uninstall utility to remove your unwanted software such as the Dragon Web tool. Go to Windows Control Panel, pick "Add/Remove Programs" or "Programs & Features" >> Look for Comodo products in the programs list.
You have to delete your antivirus from Add or Remove Programs Section (Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs-> Search for Avira and click on the right button (Remove). Just erasing your folder will not completely delete your Antivirus.

These instructions are for Windows OS platform:
Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel
Once in the Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove Programs
For Symantec Norton Anti-virus:
Look for any items referencing either "Norton" or "Symantec" (example: "Norton Antivirus 2003" or "Symantec Script Blocker" or "Symantec Live Update"); click on the item and the select Change/Remove or Add/Remove. Follow the instructions for removing the software.
After you finish check to make sure that there are no more any "Norton" or "Symantec" references.
(Optional) Remove the directories used by Norton: for example: c:\Program Files\Norton Antivirus or c:\Program Files\Symantec etc.
