Yes, you can isolate the failure mode somewhat by swapping the speakers and the speaker cables, noting what input(s) are affected, swapping its cables if ONLY ONE fails.
Onboard FM is the best sound source to use for speaker isolation problems as it is does not involve external cabling. Or you could use the onboard speaker level test tones for the same reason.
