Hi, i have an mp4 model:318 brand:jxd. the problem is this that when i add songs from data cable and after dis connecting the songs are not in the mp4

A problem in its built-in memory that store the files of mp4. If it has a external memory you can store songs there. If it has no removable memory flash drive you should delete some files to free its memory that's the only things you can do. Delete unnecessary files. I hope this advice help you.

My ipod is showing file system error

Hi

File system error can appear due to unplugging the MP3 player without disconnecting it. It may have happened due to formatting it with a different file format or due to memory issue with the player. Please reformat your MP3/MP4 player. Connect it to the computer, go to My computer-> right click on the mp3/mp4 player after it is displayed-> select format-> Format it as FAT32 File system. Formatting the MP3/MP4 player will delete all the songs/data from the player. So, backup all data before formatting it. Hope this helps...

Cant reset the MP4 player.

look for a small pinhole on your player, use a small paper clip or pinpush in for 2 or 3 secs. or remove the battery, wait a few seconds

The button that I was referring too is on the actual device. The mode button...if you press it twice you can get to the menu for <local folder>. If you have window media player, make sure your naxa device is in the usb port... click on window media sync tab and direct the path to your flash drive ---->music/flash drive/songs right click on the song you want delete and delete. right click on the song you want to delete and delete.
