The colors are unalligned and the picture is blurry

Hello,,the deffective part of your tv probably the convergience ic,it is a 2 pcs big ic with heatsink mounted on the mainboard you can replace it with a new one..or try to adjust first the allignment of your cathodes the RGB cathodes..on your front pannel there is a convergeance manual allignment button use this button to allign the convergeance..on your remote control there is also an allignment command consult your manual for the command .after the adjustment you must save the adjustments before exit the convergeance adjust..if thris adjustment do not work replace the convergeance ic ..mostly the ic is labeled STK XXXX..
