Question about Husqvarna Sewing Machines
I have a brand new husqvarna viking sapphire 870 Quilt. The shop I bought it from is shut for the weekend which is why I am stuck.... I have a screen message ''remove any thread from under stitch plate and in bobbin area and press ok''. I have repeatedly removed the stitch plate, the bobbin casing, the foot, unthreaded the machine, even tried to vacuum the area as suggested in the manual, yet can't get this message to go away. Any ideas?
I had this same problem, on my Designer Diamond. I blew it out with an air can and that didn't work, but then I decided to turn it off, then back on and start sewing a line in reverse. That seemed to fix it. My machine is working fine now.
