Question about Samsung HCN653W 65" Rear Projection Television
Such a common problem on all new Tv's in the 18 month 2 year age. I am sure this is built in redundancy!
Samsung are probably the best of all to deal with in the TV manufacturers world, so I suggest you contact them if its under any extended warranty .Otherwise use one of their suggested repair centres. The sustain boards have failed and the sensor is in protection mode to prevent further damage and possible fire. This is not a DIY and the fix cost is about $3-400. But get a few quotes first as there are a few crooks out there.
please rate my help++++Thanks for using FIXYA
