Question about Canon PIXMA iP1300 Printer
My brand new cartridge for pixma ip1300 wont work anymore after the first time i used it..the error message says that the cartridge is not properly installed..i checked it, removed it and place it many times but still, same message..what could be the problem? is my cartridge already broken or the printer? please help.
The chances are that the chip on the cartridge is defective. Have you tried another cartridge? If you can, take the defective cartridge back to the vendor and get a replacement or refund. If it worked once, it is likely the cartridge and not the printer.
