Hello! Is this a new installation? If so re-check your wiring... If not, tell me what the year, make, and model of the vehicle...Also identify which fuse is blowing; vehicle fuse or in-line amp fuse?

I am looking for the proper fuse needed for this amp. I keep purchasing the wrong ones

The fuse rating should be printed on the panet right by the fuse holder. If there's still a question about values, you're best bet is to contact Crate customer service.
Here's the link-
http://www.crateamps.com/support
However, if you're meaning that you keep blowing fuses and therefor think you're instaslling the wrong value, you may have a short in the amp that's casuseing the fuses to blow. In that case, it needs to go to the shop. If you're not a tech, don't poke around inside it. You can make the problem worse, or even get a nasty shock.

97 chey blazer alernator overcharging, blowing fuses

Sounds like the 10 amp fuse was too small to begin with. Possibly the old alternator was too weak to blow it. 20 amp sounds more like it. Someone probably stuck the wrong fuse in at some time.

My york heat and air unit with emergency heat is blowing 30 amp fuses and sparking at the fuses and contactor when turn main breaker back on. I have replaced contactor, transformer and the compacitor on...

You either have something wired wrong or you have a direct short in the system. Are you starting the A/C or the furnace? If it's the A/C, it could be a shorted compressor, capacitor, fan motor or it's wired wrong.

I have "cooked" (i think)

When the fuses blow like that suspect an overload in either the power supply or main amp stages. I think you might have damaged one or more of the output devices. They can develop faults quick if you're using the wrong type speakers or have faulty wiring to them. The main cause of fuse blowing is a semi-conductor device that is acting like it is a piece of wire. For instance an output transistor when connected to a multi-meter on the ohm scale, will show a full scale deflection, just like if you had touch the two test probes together.

Fuse blow each time I turn on air check for

disconnect the thernostat wires from the control board. Put a jumper wire between R & G put door back on and turn on power. Blower motor
should run, if it blows the fuse then you have a direct short between R &
G at the board. Do this with R and W(heat) and R & Y(cool).

By disconnecting the thermostat wires and reinserting them make sure that they do not touch when inserted into each terminal. If it still blows
that little 3amp fuse when jumpering between each sequence as mentioned above, then I think your board is bad. When Jumpering out the Y terminal you will have to have the AC wires still hooked up. If it
blows the fuse in that sequence. Disconnect the wires out at the condensor.

You mat have a bad contactor at the outdoor unit.

30 amp ignition fuse in engine compartment blows at start

It sounds like a bad ignition switch or something is grounding out.Try to isolate the problem to key positions.See if the fuse blows when you turn the key to ACC(when your dash lights come on without starting)If the fuse does not blow then when you go to start it and it blows it could be one of many problems, the more common ones could be ignition switch, wiring, starter relay, starter soleniod,or perhaps the starter itself is shorting out, this can sometimes happen when a starter goes bad.

Amps

If the amp blows a fuse with no remote voltage applied, the amp has a short in the primary side of the power supply. If the fuse only blows after remote voltage is applied, the amp probably has shorted output transistors.
