Question about Canon PIXMA MP830 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I'm getting the alarm light falshing and error code 6A00. When I open the lid to remove the ink cartridges, they arm does not move to the left so I can remove, replace or clean the cartridges or that area... if that is even the issue! I replaced two of the cartridges with non canon ink used generic. That's when the problem started!!! UGH!
[6A00] or Light blinking 12 times = AP position error. It's mean there is an error occurred in the AP motor during purging operation. You may need to replace Sheet feed unit, logic board or purge unit. And also please use original Canon cartridges to solve your problem too. Thank you
