Make sure that the blade is on correctly. If there is something stuck between the blade and the mount it will make everything off. Or if the but holding the blade on is not on tight enough you will have the same issue.

Can a FlorCraft 7' wet saw cut tile and paver brick (2.5" x 8' x 3.5")

My advise would be to read the user manual and determine the maximum cutting capacity of the saw and which materials it can cut. Pavers are usually precast concrete and a diamond blade should handle this easily. NB, The depth and width of cut are the crucial points. Read the manual and check the specification. Download a replacement if you have lost the original.

Circular saw won't start after having cut pavers

You fried the motor and most of the time it isn't worth repairing, since the parts will cost you more that a replacement saw.

If you are going to continue to cut pavers, suggest you either take it very slow and cut 1 or .5 paver and then let it cool down. But a water cooled tile saw would be better.

I bought a ls1016 coupond mitre saw this week. I was cutting cedar 2x6 's today and had a few kick backs. I am building my deck and do not feel safe using the saw after the kick backs. Why as this...

Sounds as if the blade is dull. Or perhaps bent. A dull or bent blade blade will 'grab' the wood, rather than cut it, resulting in binding, or kickbacks.

Solution; replace the blade with a fine-toothed, good quality blade. If the blade is new, then check that the blade is bolted tight on the arbor. If the blade is loose, it can result in kickbacks.

Also, check that all the bolts/fasteners/locking mechanisms on the saw are tight, and in good working order. Sometimes a tool new out-of-the-box will have loose screws/nuts/bolts that need to be tightened up.

Also, when cutting, use a smooth, slow, motion, being sure to give the saw the time it needs to make the cut.

My Mag77 is burning the wood it is cutting. I just changed to a new blad and it didn't seem to help ... any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Very stupid question and you will be forgiven for getting upset at it, do you have the blade in the right way around?

If you are using tungsten tipped blades. they are extremely sharp and create their own clearance so that the disc proper does not come in contact with the wood being cut and should not cause burning. If you have a conventional blade, the teeth have a set on them - one bent left, the next right etc. This is to once again create the necessary clearance for the disc and reduce loads on it - and to prevent burning.

So there are four possibilities, the first one which I will not repeat. The blades do not have sufficient set on them, the wood you are cutting is extremely hard and the blade is not able to move through quickly enough to prevent burning, or you are using a crosscut blade to rip with - try a combination blade.

Just purchased a 6230 porta band saw and the blade keeps jumping off. Put the blade back on and as soon as you touch the material the blade jumps off.

could be a couple problems, first the blade could be bad, the tires that are on the wheels, a loose axle bolt or the frount housing might be bent. First try another blade and watch for which pulley it rolls off of. Next try to wobble the pulleys and if you can the axle bolt has loosened, I use an impact driver to lock them in place along with loctite. Next if the above are OK check the front housing for being bent (that is a common thing) from the housing hitting after cutting a piece of steel. Let me know if you need more assistance.

Will not cut 45 miter cuts perfect

Possible but I would think not likely
Try this
Put a new blade on
Set a magnet on the table or fence with phillips screw driver stuck to it
Slide the point of the screw driver up to within 1/16" from the blade just above the teeth
Run the unplugged saw by hand and watch for any side to side movement of the blade
Can you move the blade up and down or side to side?
If everything seems normal the plug the saw in and run it again watching the screwdriver
Please be careful don't allow the screw driver to contact the blade at high speed you will create a bullet

My blade gaurd will not automatically rotate out of the way when lowering the blade to make a cut , Ridgid 12' compound miter saw

MS12502 has a solid arm actuation to move the blade guard, this is either bent, broken, unattached or otherwise not functional. sometimes the moving parts get full of sawdust and a major cleaning is all thats needed. generally all woodworking tools should be blown out with air after each use or end of day.

actual model number of your saw would be more helpful.
