Question about Dell Inspiron 1501 Notebook
Dell informed me via email that the purchase date of my computor was about six weeks prior to the date I purchased it from my local Best Buy store. It has major issues and I'm getting no where from them or Best Buy. What is my recourse?
Check first if the computer is under your name or under best buy, if it is under your name and you have a warranty the definitely DELL should help you,
But if it is under best buy, then best buy should be able to help you with your problem, as long as you have the warranty with the computer.
