When switch on the pc,no signal deducted display the screen is coming.

Then there is no output from the graphics card.
This needs replacing, as there should always be some output, even if it is wrong!
Try pressing F8 on start up. This will eliminate the graphics drivers and default to a plain VGA configuration and see if you get a display, if so your graphics drivers need changing.
If you get no display then the graphics card needs replacing.

Are you connected to an external monitor? If so, it's probably outputting the display to the external monitor and the resolution and or refresh rate is set wrong so it doesn't display?

Video display from VGA output is intermittent. Video not displaying on the next restart. Is this hardware malfunction or corrupted driver?

try starting in safe mode
to do this, restart your computer and keep pressing F8 until a screen pops up
if problem persists, it is most likely a hardware failure.

My monitor is not displaying anything, not even the bios screen. My vga connectors and power cords are plugged in.

The only suggestion I would have is to pop the liod off and plug in a video card (I know its a 1u unit, but keep the lid off - this is just to test. If the vid card you popped in gives an output then onboard is shafted, with a 1u, not much can be done apart from new mainboard... or just remote desktop from another machine if it boots?

I have a eee pc 900hd and I keep getting the safe mode option

if a blue screen pops up with white writing theres something seriously wrong with your laptop a blue screen on a computer is the worst possible thing that could happen apart from the thing actually exploding and can be caused by a wide range of things, my suggestion would be to reinstall windows as it will basically give you brand new computer with no errors

Monitor will not display

Your display app controls that, try updating drivers/ software for graphics card on laptop.
Or press the monitor button (usually Fn + something) till it comes right

The controls for the screen display keeps popping up

Try to see if you got a button that is sticking.. 9 times out of 10 that is the solution but if not you might have a bad controller board in the monitor itself that may need to be replaced..
