Question about JBL Northridge E 250P Subwoofer
Just got my subwoofer today. I was very excited. Hooked up rca cable and power cord, turned power switch to on position. No sound. the standby light does not even come on. It acts like it is not plugged in. I have tried more than one outlet that I tested to make sure they were working. The power cord that plugs into the back of the subwoofer does seam to be a bit loose, but that may be normal. Is there something that I am missing or did I get a defective unit.
I think it defective everything should fit tight loose wire or plugs caues distortion i would send back if that not an option unscrew blackplate and check fuse they would be first option or if fuse is good you have to have more exp and check volts around power supply to make sure your getting power most likely i would say return because if you poen you made void warranty im not sure though good luck also test power cord to make sure it not defective
