I have windows vista. According to my windows media player, my music is downloading to my Sony nw-e005, but my Sony is not showing any downloads. What do I need to do to solve this problem?

when i try to load music with vista or sonicstage both say nw-e005 is full but will not play.

I have a Sony NW-E005F Walkman that is having trouble recieving files from the computer. When I try to download music on to the Mp3 player, the computer tells me that the songs are on the device, but when I eject the device from the computer, it tells me that there is no data on the device.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
