Hence, it would be better to install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player.
Before installing the latest version, it is required to un-install the version which is already installed in the Computer.
Then, install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player.
You may un-install the older version of the Adobe Flash Player by using the "Add or Remove Programs" feature.
Once you have un-installed the older version of the Flash player, then you may install the latest version.

Do a malware scan on your PC, you can use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (Free Version) install, update & scan your PC and remove any "nasty files" @ http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Go to Adobe site and do the install for your Flash Player for your required Browsers eg IE, FireFox, Opera, etc.... You do have to install all the versions or Flash Players, ie latest version will do.
