Question about GE Profile PSW26P Stainless Steel Side by Side Refrigerator
Our new GE Profile refrigerator makes too much ice and when you pull out the freezer ice drawer the ice tumbles out into the freezer and onto the floor. How do I make it stop over making the ice?
You cannot - this is a design issue that really cannot be fixed since the arm that senses the ice level cannot get caught up in the bucket or it would break every time you opened the freezer. Any fridge brand of this type has the same issue.
