Question about Nokia 6700 Classic Cell Phone
There're two likely causes, 1. Application settings, 2. Firmware corrupted/outdated,
Your first step is to restore the phone to it's default settings, to do this, go to settings, and select "Restore Factory" when you are asked to enter security code, enter "12345" without the quote, and then ok, again confirm Ok, it'll will automatically restart. And check the bluetooth by putting in On (Power on the Bluetooth). If this doesn't solve, you'll need to flash your mobile, i recommend Jaf Box for this model. This will definitely fix the problem.
In rare cases, there's hardware problem related to bluetooth module (bluetooth Ic), but this is your final decision, if the above two measures don't work. I wish you good luck. You can post me in case if you need further assistance.
