Hi our office has multiple iDCS 18D Samsung units and for some time only a few of the units actually ring when a call is coming in and the others simply light up. I looked through the user manual, but to no avail have I found the solution to this problem. At first we thought some of the phones might be on dnd mode, but that was not the case.Thanks in advanced for the help!

here is the user manual .. usually you would dial 9 to get an outside line .. or just push one of the open line buttons. No batteries are needed it gets its power from the phone line.
