Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Jura E8 beans will not

It seems withthis model you have a 1 year or 4000 cups warranty with this.
If you are within this, then give them a call - here is the Manual if you don't have it -
MANUAL -

I suggest you start by removing the beans in the hopper and wiping around to remove oils.
Then refill with fresh dry beans.
Plug in and set up as normal
Set to brew a standard large cup - and adjust grinder to coarse setting while grinding.
Do not adjust with grinder quiet - it must be done while rotating.

Make at least 10 cups this way at the coarse setting.

I think what has happened is that damp beans (frozen or cold) have entered the unit and caused the coffee to gum up at the top of the burr.
This will just push fresh beans out of the way instead of starting to grind them.

If you use dry (light loast) beans, it doesn't seem to happen as much.

Just ake sure you refrigerate most of your stocks, but keep a small stock at room temperature in an airtight tin to prevent this kind of thing.

You can actually push down on the bean stack slightly with a wooden object while the grinder is running if nothing moves on the coarse setting to get things moving.

HI, I NEED TO REPLACE THE PLASTIC DRIVE SPINDLE ON THE BOTTOM OF MOTOR HEAD UNIT, THE STAINLESS SHAFT WITH THE BLADE STRIPPED THE PLASTIC INTERAL OF THIS PRESS ON SPINDLE. THANKS

It sounds like you're talking about the coupler on the stirrer motor.

On some models, it available separately, but on some, you have to order a new stirrer motor.

I have model no. MMV1153BAB and my coupler(pn

The exploded view diagram shows just the motor, coupler, roller, and glass tray.

Unless you were given the wrong parts, I'd say the motor may not be mounted up in the proper position.

How do i remove the door panel to repair the latch head mechanism

Normally you have to separate the door panels (as shown in the attached photo) and then you'll see the previously hidden screws you need to remove.

Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I made) that demonstrates how it's done.

You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here.

You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number here: http://tinyurl.com/gv383

If you also need to replace the turntable motor or coupler, you will need to remove the bottom panel to access the motor.

Be sure to unplug the oven before removing any screws.

The tray doesn't spin

Most models allow you to turn the turntable off and on via the control panel. Check that setting in the display first.

If that's not it, then the motor had probably failed.

You can find handy exploded view part diagrams and order parts at http://www3.sears.com (the 3 is correct).

Something looks wrong with the posted model number. Is that right??

Turntable problem 80802

It looks like the mechanism on those models consists of a glass tray a roller ring, and a motor, but in the diagram I don't see a coupler... The coupler may be built in to the motor or tray. You can visit http://www3.sears.com/ and enter your exact model number - like 721.80802### - not just 80802. The parts lists and exploded view diagrams for the turntable parts should be located in the section "Interior Parts 1". Those will help you figure out what part(s) you need, which you can order online or by phone or in any Sears store. If you need more help, repost with any new details you have. I appreciate your rating of this reply.
