There was a posting in one of the earlier session on fixya.com for this request. The expert who provided the solution had these two links. It would help to know what part of the dishwasher are you attempting to fix.

It sounds like the arm may be damaged if it won't stay on. Get online and look a the diagram of your dishwasher. You can order the parts and they are easy to replace with just a screw driver. Arm and receiver unit needed.

There are three wires on the base of the motor, Red, Brown and White.

The White conects to the double violets on a conector
The Red to one side of the capacitor (side nearest the motor)
The brown one caused a lot of confusion. I believe this attached both to the yellow connection and then onto the spade connection on the other side of the capacitor.

This is one I slept on, and had an Epiphany.

The circuit diagrams didn't apear too clear to me. They don't sem to indicate which connections go to the capacitor, just the pump cluster as a group. I may be wrong, but have connected as above and will get the father-in-law to check them before I plug the machine back in.

How to change the timer on beko d3421 dishwasher

if you open the door and look on the inside at the top you should see same cross head screws undo these and the panel on the front should come free. now remove front off dial by just pulling it off you should two brass looking cross heads which hold the timer to the panel. pull the wires of the timer make sure you put the wires back the same way and done.

Beko cooker model DC211B

Hi
many thanks for your reply ,I suspected that a charge may be applicable for your guidance of how repair the Fault .
Hence enough money spent as I was not happy with the wiring of the appliance as it would not have passed a P.A.T. .
I have purchased a New Cooker Model DW531 as the appliance is for my Disabled Brother & his Wife (Trade Price )

Many thanks
