Power-off the hub.
Power-on the hub.
Did the problem go away?
Call your Internet Service Provider, to check if they are supplying a broadband connection "into" your hub. If they are not, then they need to fix a problem at their end.

Can't get my 95 Geo Trackers 4WD to work. The indicator light works still but the wheels themselves won't engage. Can anyone plz help me out with what might be my problem?

For Trackers (and Sidekicks) of this era (1989 to 1998) the front axle locking device is a locking hub on each front wheel. (There are no actuators until the model change in 1999.) Locking hubs come in two flavors, Manual and auto locking hubs. A look at the from wheel should tell you what you have. Manual hubs have a knob like lever with the word "lock" and "free." Auto hubs say "Auto-Locking" right on them. Both types of hubs require servicing periodicity. (Normally annually.) This means removing and disassembling. Then cleaning and light greasing before reassembling. There are some good videos on the web on how to service the manual hubs. Auto hubs are a little harder to ensure they are working properly, but some people like them. (Not me.)

Please note two things:
1. Due to differential action, BOTH hubs need to be locked for any power to be applied to the front wheels.
2. Trackers of this era are PART TIME 4x4, NOT all wheel drive. They have nothing providing for different wheel speeds front to back like a center differential. This means they should NOT be used on non-slippery surfaces like dry pavement. Beside causing handling and braking issues, it can destroy your transfercase driving on dry pavement in 4x4 due to what is called "driveline wind up".

PLEASE if you do not understand this, look it up... if you still do not understand, ask and do not use the 4x4 until you do.

My two computers cannot pass through my broadband provider (through the switching hub) at the same time.

that is not possible for an single isp connection you can only connect one computer at a time and hub is basically a repeater that is it simply repeats the packets it receives from one input out the others.

Broadband red light is on;

I have the same router. If you have a red broadband light on it means that you aren't getting a dsl signal from your ISP(internet service provider). Call your ISP and tell them to check the line.

Switch compatibility problem.

I think you need to go from the leased line to the ROUTER first. The switch you said was unmanaged...so as far as I can tell there is NO IP for the DLINK. If that's the case your router needs to be before the switch and after the modem.

Get a USB Storage device - if you can copy a file of about 100mb in under 10-20 seconds, then chances are it's USB2. USB2.0 is 480mbps where as 1.1 is 12mpbs (or something tiny in comparison)......

A red light is showing at the top right of phone

The red light is a message light and when it is red it means you have a message either in your voicemail or someone in the office called you and you did not answer so they pressed their message button and it turned on your light. Does your display have any information about messages?

D-Link DFE 916

The D-Link DFE-916 hub is unmanaged, there is no web management console. You will need setup your broadband modem setup as DHCP to assign your workstations IP address, (or you could go static IP, but DHCP is suitable for most situations)
Topology should be like this:
MODEM-----Hub/Switch-------Computer.

here the link the manual,

http://dlink.support.etop.pl/manuals/dfe916.pdf

concerning the bandwidth pirate, you will need the offending computers mac address, (Media access Control)
to do this:

click start,
Run,
type in: ipconfig /all
the line that reads: "Physical Address" is the MAC address
the format will read like this: xx-xx-xx-xx-xx
Now check your broadband modem or you routers management console for a MAC filter, this is where you can allow or ban a device or computer from the network.

Good Luck!

D-Link Vpn Router model DI-804HV

Can you tell me the setup with your router? It should be Internet->Modem->Router->Computer If that's setup properly (the wires in the right spots) then go to the gateway IP of the router...it might be something like "192.168.0.100 "so you put that in your internet browser. The default user is "admin" with no password. Make sure to run the "Wizard" while on that page and after that go to the "Status" page and check to see if the WAN connection is connected properly.
