Question about Nokia 2630 Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Black
its a screen problem. Its either the screen has loose contact and not well fixed or the screen is damage.
Get a phone screw driver, open up the phone, check if the screen is well seated. If the screen is well seated and the problem still persists, its mean the screen is damaged. The solution would be to get another screen.
