Does digital mean the tramsmitions are printed out on the screen?

no
It means the radio transmissions are converted from analogue sound waves into a digital format. Then the radio uses a phase shift technique to encode digital information on what is in reality an analogue radio signal.
The receiver then converts the digital signal back to analogue for the sound waves out the speaker.
The advantage is that amplitude variations do not affect the quality of the radio and error correction techniques may also be employed to fix errors in the digital information.

I need info about what the cpu phase leds on aN msi 990fxagd65 mean

They indicate the number of different power phases that the CPU is currently using. In order to save power the motherboard is able to reduce the voltage to (and performance of) the CPU. In 2 phase mode (2 LEDs) it basically switches between high performance, and low performance. 4 LEDs means that there are two additional intervals in between the high and low power settings. 6 LEDs indicate six total phases, etc.
I believe that there is a greater possibility of system instability as you increase the number of phases that the motherboard switches through.

98 f150 won't engage in 4wd

For the 1998 MY the front axle uses a vacuum shift motor

Is the system ESOF ( Electronic Shift On the Fly ) or MSOF ( Mechanical Shift On the Fly ) ?

Lift and support the front of the truck so the front wheels are off the ground ( take safety precautions, chock wheels, jack stands, etc )
Key on, engage 4x4 and try to turn the front drive shaft.
If it turns it is a problem with the transfer case.
If it doesn't it is a front axle engagement problem.

If the problem is with the front axle engagement, check that the shift motor is operational

This is on the front axle. If it does not move, it could be a problem with the vacuum lines or the vacuum diaphragms.

The vacuum should be applied to the pink line if you are in 2WD, and the blue line when in 4WD.

Obviously check the fuses if you have the ESOF versions, to make sure the transfer case shift motor is operational.

My phone shows a dark screen when turned on. it's nokia 6124c

Hi, when a phone displays a dark screen,it means that the screen of the phone has shifted or has stop working.

Unscrew the phone to check if the screen shifted. adjust if shifted.

But if not shifted, that means screen will be replaced.

Take care.

At the spin cycle it shuts dwn and has Lr on the screen when I shut it off to just use spin cycle it does a count down but not the spin then Lr comes up again

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Lr means locked rotor. This issue occurs due to locked rotors, you'll need to check the rotor wiring and windings. If the wiring is good and windings are not burnt then you'll need to replace your motor and motor control board. These are sold as one unit, it is a 3 phase motor and one of the phases is bad. A little power surge can damage the boards.
Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.
Thanks
Rylee
