Go to start button and click on search
search for the file or better yet you can go into your internet and view past downloads.
if you have fire fox go to the tools menu and select downloads and it will tell you the past downloads from the internet
if you are using internet explorer go to any picture you like and right click and hit save as. this should show you what folder you have as auto save to for downloaded objects fro mthe internet.
otherwise check your documents
