I dont know if you still have internet access, if you do download these two programs and run them on the pc,
theses usually remove 99% of viruses alone, quite a long process and varys depending on what virus etc,

if it dont work let me know will post more detailed guide.

Every time, the windows is loading, i got that error message "error loading winiio32.rom the specific module could not be found"

winiio32.rom is a not a system component.Unfortunately its a trojan(virus) commonly know as Vundo which directly infects your registry of the computer. It also disables all the anti-viruses,firewalls and all the other security features in the computer. In worst case scenarios it also disables .exe files.

Now in order to fix this problem you can do some following steps-:
Turn the computer off
As soon as you turn the computer on start tapping the F8 key repeatedly.
Now select safe mode with networking with the arrow keys on the keyboard.
Now the computer will boot in safe mode and you might see a black background with icons appearing very big but don't freak out its normal in safe mode.
Now i would recommend you to download Malwarebytes-:

Now as soon as you download it install and update it and run a full scan.It will definitely pick a lot of infections.Click on remove infections and restart your computer.

90% of the times this will fix your problem but as i dont know how severe your problem is for example-the virus might have disabled .exe files or might have put restrictions in the computer which will not allow you to open any .exe files nor you can end the the process of the virus which is still running in the background as it will also disable task manager.

So do let me know if these steps fixes your problem. In case if it doesn't fixes your problem we will try the next steps.Don't worry we will definitely fix this problem.

Thanks & Regads

Computer infected w/ 55 viruses or reiterations

Well a virus wouldn't be a virus if it doesn't do any damage. But in reality it doesn't really do any damage, like any computer program a virus is also a program that has a set of commands that it will do once it has been activated, and it's primary goal is to stay active even if it is detected it's gonna create variants of itself. A typical infection is actually caused a 1 or several virus, you see 55 infections but this may only be caused by 5 -10 viruses the other infections are just variants. It seems like the virus has been able to fortify itself inside your windows core system shutting down all possible ways that it could be deleted.

To fix this problem you'll need to take out your hard drive and put in another computer as a slave drive. Make sure that computer has up to date virus definitions and make sure that you do the virus scanning in safe mode.

I'm having problems with WindowsXP loading at start-up

I don't think you have a virus, Norton 360 is a very good antivirus program and would have caught it. Try disabling all of the Norton 360 features then load the Windows XP disc. Sometimes anti-virus programs interfere with the processs. I am assuming you have the Windows XP original disc. This should work.

Computer crashed, won't go to windows

When you start you computer, after the bios flash. press the F8 on your keyboard before the Windows start loading. You should have an option to select to go to safe mode.

Select the safe mode option only. See if it will load the Windows under the safe mode option. If it did load the Windows under safe mode. There is an issue loading the driver of your Windows O.S. that i why its not booting under the Normal mode. Sometimes this is cause also by a Virus on your computer. You can run the Anti-Virus program under Safe mode to check for viruses

To fix this you may need the Original Disc of Windows O.S.
You can reboot the computer. Load the disc make sure that under the Bios option the CD drive is the first boot. Then save it.
after rebooting. Follow the on screen instruction on how to repair the O.S. There should be an option to repair the O.S. when you boot the computer using the Windows O.S. Disc

If you could do a backup of your files, do it first before repairing the O.S.

If it will not resolve the issue, you will have to reformat your computer.
