Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. No Heat issue in an electric dryer is usually caused due to three things mainly: Thermal Fuse, Wiring Harness and/or Heating Element. Start with checking the Thermal Fuse which is mounted inside the back cover panel to the exhaust duct and is mounted in white plastic housing. If that’s fine then the Heating Element should be checked. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

My dryer wont heat up.suddenly stopped heating...rotates just fine.. Kenmore 400 seriies gas dryer..please help

Make sure to check all the thermal fuses in the dryer.
if one of the has not got any continuity then replace it.
there is also a chance that the ignitor has gone bad and is not allowing the gas valve to open.

Dryer won't heat?

Make sure your electrical connections are correct.
Check the voltage to the dryer element and make sure you are getting 220 volts.
Otherwise I am at a loss also...good luck
I hope this helps

Kenmore dryer 110-86094110 wont heat. Heating

Hi, Check all the thernostats and the thermal fuse for continuity. They should all show a closed circuit. If any of them are open, it will need replaced. It is usuallly the thermostat on the top side of the element housing.
I hope this helps you. If I can assist you further, please let me know.
