to reset the charging system. You can do this
by removing the battery from the robot and unplugging the charger from
the wall and robot. Please hold the power button down for 30 seconds.
You then should charge the robot....."
Hi,I suspect the phone got blown up,so the only option left with you is to visit an authorized engineer to help you with the use of internet, cables to flash your phone.to put it back in it suppose working condition. Take care.
Does the Verizon logo flash when you plug it in? I had this same problem. Take the battery off. Plug the phone in. Observe the flashing logo. Put the battery back in. Observe "Charging..." screen. Power on. Unplug. Good to go.
I think the charger is the problem. I ordered one of these and then it wasn't charging the day I got it....it's supposed to go from red, to orange to green as it charges, but the red LED just goes off after a while, before the headset is fully charged. I solved this by charging it through a USB-to-miniUSB cable on my laptop USB port. This worked beautifully....unfortunately I think the H700 chargers are faulty.
heres what i would say. let it charge for more than hr, and this bring it up to speed..if not i believe the battery may be defective, i just experienced this problem last night..the battery happen to be defective, then put another battery after awhile i went to sleep woke up, and it wouldn start...i let it charge for a while and it was good as new
I have been made aware that the charging mechanism in the breaks off because it is made of plastic I was told it was a known problem but some stores will denie it and try to get you to you your insurance to get it replaced. For m that is a additional $50 charge and my phone is still under warranty.
