OS's like symbian, java, etc.. basically come with application installation restrictions in-order to secure the software components of the mobile. The applications come with a digital certificate in-order to confirm that it's legal. Its recommended to use minimal third-party softwares. If there's a problem during the installation then the certificate signature needs to be checked!

directly you cannot get access to inter net.you will need to call the service center of the mobile or at its toll free number and tell them to activate the iunternet connection on your mobile then after actvation you can use the company inter net which is provided by them but its very slow or you can connect the cable net wire to the mobile that also you will get at the servi center or at near by mobile galley .this cable net internet will have good speed as per the speed package you buy from the company.

Please check you battery, it might have a problem if it gets heated . This can damage your ears . Please change to a new battery to protect your phone and health.

Next time you call motorola, ask them to change your phone and not the battery. Your phone has the issue. The battery is being used up due to some error on the phone itself.
