Try to shake the monitor and tap it lightly on one side until the hair falls out.

Anyone please tell me about hair extension?

Any kind of hair is fine it's not the hair that will damage your hair it's the stylist just tell he/she not too braid your hair tight and you'll be fine braids grow my hair and I've did then over 15 years .And as far as doing your hair right ask to see the stylist pictures she may have done on other ppl hair if she doesn't have any I don't know then.Normally most of my clients come to me b/c of somebody hair they saw me do or word of mouth.Hum just check out the stylist work I wouldn't want u to be a mad client when u come out after paying $ b/c hair braiding is expensive I know we set our own prices depending on our work & sometime by the hour! You will get more information in here about hair extension.

Aspire 5610, daughter cleaned with damp cloth, monitor does not work, lights up, no graphics

That should not have happened. However, I have heard that the following solution works for cell phones dropped in water where they open it up and use a hair dryer to dry it up. Try running the hair dryer on low around the edges of the screen but not so close as to heat it up. The wiping with a damp cloth does not normally cause this, but if that is what it is then the hair dryer solution MAY work. Good luck on fixing it without having to send it in for expensive servicing.

Do you have long hair? I askthis because on thing we find is that often times long hair OR fine hair that migrates often gets stuck in the fan. If you have a modicum of knowledge you can open the laptop and prize out the hair with a pair of tweezers.
Or you could get a can of compressed air and give the vents a good blow out.
Also make sure that when you are using it that you are not blocking the vents, i.e on a cushion ets...

I have a very thin bright green vertical line on my laptop screen

If it is always there, then you are going to need a new monitor. If it comes and goes then it could be drivers or hardware.

I have a clear bright green vertical line on my laptop screen

This sounds like the LCD inverter it could be getting ready to go, usually you will start seeing flickers as well, it may just be a faulty connection in the LCD either way, it's best to have someone look at it before the display goes all together.

Hope this helps

Wet Display

if you have already experienced opening a laptop lcd just go ahead and open it but probably the water already sipped into your lcd... chances are you can still hope to manually repair it by a weired solution... or just have it replaced by your laptop manufacturer if still it got some warranty.

first turn off your laptop and open your lcd holder then gently turn over your lcd... (make sure you wont crack it or pull some cables at the bottom. take some clear cotton white cloths and sandwich your LCD with 1/2 inch of those cloths... take a hair dryer and blow the cotton until its warm enough.... let it just cool out and test your display....

alternative if you got no hair dryer you can just leave it out in the sun for 15 mins depend on how warm the day is.

note: don't do this inside a air conditioned room or you will worsen your problem cause there will be some moisture left...

rate me if his help you cause i already tried this a couple of times...
